At Scarborough Village Physio & Chiro, we take an interdisciplinary team approach to patient care, in which the patient and family are the first and most important part of the team. Along with the patient, the doctors and multiple therapists work together as one to set goals and monitor progress for the best recovery.

Maitri’s treatment plans are individually tailored to her patient's problems and needs. She aims to optimize human function and maximize the recovery by using evidence based approach. She treats using a hands-on approach, rehab exercises, soft tissue release, modalities and patient education. Her goal is to empower each of her patients to become stronger, independent and bring them back to their favourite activity.

Nikita utilizes education, manual therapy, and different modalities. She combines this approach with evidence-based home exercise programs tailored to her clients’ needs. She also has a keen interest in neurophysiotherapy , working with patients to manage conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injuries, and neurological disorders. Through her work, Nikita aims to empower patients with the knowledge and tools necessary to take control of their health. She is committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based care that addresses the unique needs and goals of each patient.
Pearl can help patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, postural imbalances, and mobility issues. Committed to patient-centered care, Pearl uses evidence-based treatment plans to restore function and improve quality of life. Her treatment approaches include rehabilitation exercises, hands on tissue therapy, electrical modalities and patient education.
Kritika's approach is a comprehensive assessment to reach a clear diagnosis and ensures an emphasizes on education. She sets attainable goals and guides her patients to achieve them. She utilizing a combination of manual therapy, electrotherapeutic modalities, acupuncture, therapeutic cupping, soft tissue release and customized exercises plan. She is passionate about women's health and has advanced training in Pelvic health Physiotherapy completing 3 levels with Pelvic Health Solutions and specialized training in Pregnancy related Pelvic girdle pain. She strives to provide a comfortable environment and open dialogue around pelvic health issues including Urinary Incontinence, Urgency/ Frequency, Fecal Incontinence, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Constipation, Perineal pain (Vulvodynia, Vaginismus, Dyspareunia, Vestibulodynia), Pre & post-partum care, Urologically-based pelvic pain (Bladder pain syndrome/Interstitial cystitis), Gynaecologically-based pelvic pain (Endometriosis, Dysmenorrhea) In her free time, she enjoys spending time in the gym.

Divya implements manual therapy approach such as soft tissue release, joint mobilization, graston technique and muscle energy technique to reduce the pain and restore the optimal level of function.She mainly focus on strength and conditioning exercise for long lasting result. She has special interest in Post-operative rehabilitation (Rotator cuff repair/shoulder arthroplasty), Chronic lower back pain, Osteoarthritis, Desk workers and BPPV. She can use the Physical Therapy Approach to Anyone Experiencing Urinary Incontinence from Pelvic health Solutions and Vestibular and Concussion Management.
Priya has experience in community outpatient settings & long-term home care. Priya's physiotherapy practice focuses on preventing & treating musculoskeletal injuries, neurological & cardio-respiratory conditions. Her past experience in post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain management and workplace injuries. Also, her practice focuses on pelvic floor physiotherapy for conditions like vaginismus, vulodynia, urinary incontinence, pre-postpartum pregnancy and dyspareunia.
The goal Dr. Clarence has for his patients is to reduce pain, improve function and prevent injury and chronic conditions so that clients can get back to doing what they love. He has achieved advanced certificates in Sport Science & Human Performance as well as Custom Stabilizing Orthotics. Dr. Clarence is a Contemporary Medical Acupuncture provider and is trained in various soft tissue therapies, including instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy.

Dr. Nooreen obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University and continued her studies at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College to become a Doctor of Chiropractic. She is a certified Clinical Acupuncture provider and is also trained in Growco Post-Natal Rehabilitation and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy. Dr. Nooreen’s goal is to educate you on the source of your pain and work with you to create solutions to overcome it, using a full spectrum of Diversified and wellness-based techniques. She is passionate about providing evidence-based and patient centered care to individuals of all ages, so that they can live life to their full potential.
Dr. Grace Kim obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto and Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Kim is trained in Webster Technique through ICPA, and is a certified Clinical Acupuncture provider from McMaster University. She has also completed 'The Boot Camp Program for Spinal Stenosis©️', an evidenced-based, non-surgical approach developed at Mount Sinai Hospital by Dr. Carlo Ammendolia.

Dr. Sheth obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and holds a Bachelor of Science (Specialized Honours) degree from York University. Dr. Sheth is a Clinical Acupuncture provider and a Shift Certified Concussion Management Practitioner. He is trained in soft tissue therapies such as myofascial release therapy and Graston Technique. He has also lectured first and second year Anatomy and first year Physiology at the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy and Seneca College.

Catherine Duong completed her Chiropody degree from the Michener Institute of Education at the University Health Network. To focus on her patient-based interests, she devoted several hundred hours to volunteering in hospitals, community health centres, and eventually embarked on a non-profit medical brigade to a rural village in Honduras. Catherine has treated patients at the Wound Care Centre at Women’s College Hospital, LAMP Community Health Centre, and the Michener Chiropody Clinic. These clinics helped her gain invaluable expertise on dermatological, biomechanical, surgical, musculoskeletal, and geriatric care. She is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor at the prestigious Michener Institute of Education.

Megan is a Registered Social Worker who obtained her Masters of Social Work from University of Toronto and her Bachelor of Social Work from Ryerson University. Over the past ten years she has worked with adolescents, youth, adults and families in several different settings including community mental health, hospital, crisis services, school and live in treatment homes. She has worked with people experiencing a wide range of complex needs and challenges such as developmental, cognitive, physical and mental. She is passionate about helping others and works collaboratively from a strengths-based, trauma informed and person-centred approach. She has provided individual, group and family therapy using an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy.
Tito is a registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Tito's specialities include, but are not limited to deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage.
Rhodina graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy as a registered massage therapist and a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She recently completed her certification in Hot Stone Therapy, and in addition to being an RMT, Rhodina also holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the Philippines.

Dong is a graduate of Pharma-Medical Science College of Canada. He provides both relaxing and rehabilitating massage services that combine various techniques and products. He specializes in deep tissue, Swedish massage, myofacial stretching and trigger point therapy.
I’m Tamia Joseph, an international studies student with a passion for global affairs and cross-cultural communication. I aspire to build a career in international diplomacy, where I can contribute to conflict resolution, policy development, and global cooperation. I’m especially interested in global health and social impact, and I bring strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to everything I do. She has earned her degree as a medical administraton and is also a PSW. Some of her interests are reading, drawing, painting, working on her car and crocheting. She hopes to help to keep the clinic running smoothly, and our patients to be satisfied with our services.
Abi graduated from Humber College and has a background in Law. She also has an extensive background in Customer Service and Sales with 19 years of experience. Her professional aspiration is to grow into my role as Office Manager, maintaining a focus on providing our patients with outstanding patient care and customer service.
