She treats using a hands-on approach, rehab exercises, soft tissue release, modalities and patient education. Her goal is to empower each of her patients to become stronger, independent and bring them back to their favourite activity.

    Jharna completed her Masters of Physiotherapy Post Graduation in Musculoskeletal Sciences and Manual Therapy from India.

    She is passionate in interacting and helping clients of all ages however she has developed a special interest in treating Geriatrics and managing conditions like Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis and Spinal conditions- cervical and lumbar spondylitis. Jharna has also successfully rehabilitated clients with post Total Knee and Hip Replacements.

    Jharna preferred mode of treatment is Manual therapy, Soft Tissue Release techniques augmented with application of various modalities, exercises and client education.

    Rajalakshmi (Raji) has been a practising Physiotherapist for more than 15 years in various clinical settings. Raji is a Certified Fascial Cupping Therapist, Therapeutic Taping Therapist & Myofascial Release Therapist. She has specialized training in Advanced Vestibular Rehabilitation and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation. Raji has developed a special interest in Pelvic Health, especially women’s health and has done extensive training in this field. This training enables her to treat patients with various kinds of Urinary Incontinence, Pelvic floor dysfunctions, Prolapses, Acute and persistent pelvic pain syndromes, Pregnancy related conditions, Pelvic girdle dysfunctions, post -surgical and post-partum pelvic floor muscle weakness. She employs a combination of soft tissue techniques, manual therapy, education and personalized exercise prescription in order to provide her patients with the best treatment experience.

    She is passionate about women’s health and has advanced training in Pelvic health Physiotherapy completing 3 levels with Pelvic Health Solutions and specialized training in Pregnancy related Pelvic girdle pain. With over a decade of experience in national-level competition, Dr. Myles has high-level expertise working with racquet-sport and endurance athletes.

    Dr. Myles goes above and beyond during treatment sessions and empowers you with tools and resources to help and maintain improvements long-term. As an expert at prescribing therapeutic exercises and postural advice, Dr. Myles’ passion for holistic health extends to nutrition and mindfulness to offer his patients a complete wellness approach.

    Dr. Grace Kim obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto and Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

    Dr. Kim is trained in Webster Technique through ICPA, and is a certified Clinical Acupuncture provider from McMaster University. She has also completed ‘The Boot Camp Program for Spinal Stenosis©️’, an evidenced-based, non-surgical approach developed at Mount Sinai Hospital by Dr. Carlo Ammendolia.

    Dr. Sheth obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and holds a Bachelor of Science (Specialized Honours) degree from York University.

    Dr. Sheth is a Clinical Acupuncture provider and a Shift Certified Concussion Management Practitioner. He is trained in soft tissue therapies such as myofascial release therapy and Graston Technique. He has also lectured first and second year Anatomy and first year Physiology at the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy and Seneca College.

    Nicole Jawor, SLP Speech & Language Therapist

    Nicole has completed both her Bachelor of Health Science and Masters of Clinical Science in Speech Language Pathology at Western University. She is now excited to provide services in her home community!

    She has experience working with clients of all ages, ranging from young children in preschool speech and language programs to working with older adults in acute care hospitals focusing on dysphagia, aphasia, and dysarthria. Her passion is to provide functional, evidenced based, client-centered care to help clients reach their communication goals.

    Nicole has experience in various clinical settings including private practice, long-term care facilities, retirement residences, Women’s College Hospital, Toronto Rehab (Bickle Centre), and Rexdale Community Health Centre which has given her the opportunity to work with patients with diverse healthcare needs. She has a passion for improving the foot health of her patients by thoroughly educating her patients and providing a holistic approach to the care of her patients.

    Catherine Duong completed her Chiropody degree from the Michener Institute of Education at the University Health Network. To focus on her patient-based interests, she devoted several hundred hours to volunteering in hospitals, community health centres,
    and eventually embarked on a non-profit medical brigade to a rural village in Honduras.
    Catherine has treated patients at the Wound Care Centre at Women’s College Hospital, LAMP Community Health Centre, and the Michener Chiropody Clinic. These clinics helped her gain invaluable expertise on dermatological, biomechanical, surgical, musculoskeletal, and geriatric care. She is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor at the prestigious Michener Institute of Education.

    Nadia is a dedicated mental health professional passionate about helping others achieve emotional stability, increase self-awareness, improve wellbeing and quality of life. Nadia recognizes the value of working from a holistic perspective. In her work, Nadia utilizes strength-based and person-centred approaches to connect compassionately, build resilience, promote healing, and establish self-sufficiency.

    Nadia draws from various evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring treatments to best suit your needs.

    When away from the office, Nadia volunteers to provide crisis support within the community, enjoys experimenting with fusion cooking, spending time with family and friends, and watching the latest Marvel movies.

    Megan is a Registered Social Worker who obtained her Masters of Social Work from University of Toronto and her Bachelor of Social Work from Ryerson University. Over the past ten years she has worked with adolescents, youth, adults and families in several different settings including community mental health, hospital, crisis services, school and live in treatment homes. She has worked with people experiencing a wide range of complex needs and challenges such as developmental, cognitive, physical and mental. She is passionate about helping others and works collaboratively from a strengths-based, trauma informed and person-centred approach. She has provided individual, group and family therapy using an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy.

He specializes in deep tissue, Swedish massage, myofacial stretching and trigger point therapy.

    Sharon is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She wants to help people enjoy their lives without pain or discomfort while achieving their wellness goals. Sharon uses a combination of deep tissue massage and myofascial trigger point release along with passive stretch and joint mobilization to reduce restriction and increase range of motion for her clients.

    John is passionate about helping people move, feel and function better. He treats a variety of ages with acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues to stress-related conditions. He is driven by finding out the cause of a patient’s pain through movement, postural analysis and orthopedic assessments and then creates individualized treatments incorporating a range of modalities. These techniques include Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Soft Tissue Therapy, Joint Mobilizations, manual therapy and remedial exercises.

    To expand his knowledge and help patients achieve their goals, John continues to advance his education by taking courses such as Applied Functional Science, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilizations (e.g. edge tool & cupping). He is also a sports massage therapist certified candidate with the Canadian Sports Massage Therapy Association.

    Jessica uses a unique combination of Swedish and advanced massage techniques, such as Hot Stone Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal and Postnatal Massage, Sport Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy. Her treatments will help alleviate pain and reduce stress and other symptoms. Her experience and care will provide you with relief while harnessing the body’s natural healing abilities.

    Emerito Reyes, RMT Registered Massage Therapist, Hot Stone & Advance Sports Massage

    Emerito graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and was trained at the Acute and Chronic Unit and the Continuing Care Complex of the Toronto Rehab Institute. He considers himself as a highly skilled, above average RMT with years of experience and excellent track record in rehabilitation treatment. His patients are varied and wide ranging from kids to seniors and have treated various conditions from common aches to sports injury to post surgical rehabilitation (i.e., multiple fractures with traumatic brain injury, multi level degree burns w/ PTSD and scar tissue reformation). Emerito strongly believes in preventive healthcare and is pro active in educating his patients so that they can enjoy the beneficial effects of massage therapy on a physical and emotional level.
    He is certified in Fascial Restructuring Manual Therapy, Integrated Myofascial and Muscle Energy, Soft Tissue Release and Deep Tissue Massage, Advance Sports Massage, Athletic Taping to name a few.

    In his spare time, he enjoys swimming, cycling and sparring with his 2 teenage boys who are both Black belt in karate.

    Rhodina graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy as a registered massage therapist and a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

    She recently completed her certification in Hot Stone Therapy, and in addition to being an RMT, Rhodina also holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the Philippines.
